The hotel is ideally located on Duval Street, making it easy to explore the heart of Key West. My room was clean and well-stocked, though a bit small and cramped for a longer stay. The pool area provided a relaxing vibe, but there were some concerns about dining options during my visit, as food venues were suspended due to Covid. Despite a few maintenance issues in the room, the overall experience was decent, but a bit overpriced for what was offered.

My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, but I did experience some noise from the street outside, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers. The pool area was a lovely spot to relax after a day of exploring, and the complementary coffee was a nice touch. However, the Wi-Fi was spotty, which was a bit frustrating.

Additionally, the pool area could get a bit crowded at times, making it less enjoyable for a relaxing day by the water.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Key West with easy access to local attractions. The staff, particularly the manager, provided wonderful service which added a personal touch to our stay. However, the noise levels were quite disruptive at night, and the out-of-date rooms needed more attention, especially the small bathrooms. The dining options were limited due to staffing issues, which wasn't ideal given the price I paid for my stay.
